This is an example of archiving of a dreamwalk/gathering. This is from the point of view of my character, Rill. Any resonance I gained from this adventure would link back to this post (which is mirrored on the site).

Bow Use Modification: Firearms
Archers have access to a skill, which allows them to use a bow. As fun as using a bow is, it doesn't necessarily fit the genre some people wish to play in. I have thus invented a way to modify the "Bow Use" skill to include using guns.
First, here is the skill "Bow Use"
You may use a bow. Your arrows are spell packets with 12" of ribbon attached to the end. They may be blocked by a weapon or shield. Your bow will come unstrung after you fire six shots, or after it is hit with a weapon. You must spend 5 seconds concentrating while roleplaying that you are restringing it before you may fire again.
Now, here is the modification for Firearms.

Class Breakdown: Guardian
The Guardian class in The Dreaming is designed around survival more than anything else. This class fulfills the role of a defensive fighter, using skills to reduce incoming damage as well as a couple of support skills. Guardians are incredibly powerful against melee classes, but are weak against ranged classes like Sorcerers and Archers.
Here is the list of the Guardian Class Skills:

And So it Begins!
This blog is dedicated to the Cleveland, OH branch of the new LARP game, The Dreaming. In The Dreaming, players are suggested to find groups in their own area and run their own adventures using a universal set of rules. After running games, information is logged into a social networking database filled with forums, groups, and blogs.
This blog is basically going to be an external version of the blog internal to the site. This way, people can read about the game before joining to get a bit more information.
And so it begins. Welcome to the Fiefdom of Cleve!
